The 1st Graduate Students and Researchers Forum will feature a dynamic schedule, including research presentations, keynote speeches, workshops, and networking events. Stay tuned for the detailed agenda, which will be available soon!
Registration session will be on April 24, 2025, at the forum venue. This early morning registration shall take place on the first day of the forum!
The Oppening Session, lasting one hour, will be followed by the forum's discussion and presentation sessions, where keynote speakers will deliver inspiring keynote addresses.
An early lunch will be served at 12:00 PM, providing a perfect opportunity for attendees to relax, network, and recharge before the afternoon sessions.
The Research Delivery and Presentations Session will feature a series of insightful research presentations from graduate and bachelor students, showcasing their theses, dissertations, and innovative projects. Alongside these presentations, there will be training sessions designed specifically for graduate students, focusing on essential topics such as research methodologies, writing research proposals, dissertation structuring, and integrating AI tools in academic research. Additional workshops will cover critical skills like effective presentation techniques, data analysis, and academic publishing, ensuring participants are equipped for success in both research and academia.!

The day will conclude with a Closing Session, reflecting on key takeaways and celebrating participant achievements.
On the optional fourth day of the forum, there will be a networking event and sightseeing tour of Istanbul for an additional fee. Participants interested in joining must register in advance to secure their spot!

Researchers may choose to publish their papers in this global peer-reviewed journal, indexed in multiple databases, including Google Scholar. No additional publishing fees are required for this option.
*** Publishing in Journals Indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (ISI)
Researchers can opt to publish their papers in one of these indexed journals for an additional fee of $200. This fee must be paid at least two months prior to the conference date if the researcher chooses this option. The available journals are:
