The following checklist provides a detailed self-assessment of your school’s readiness to tackle COVID-19. This shall enable our Certification Auditors make the right decision with regards to granting your school the COVID-10 Pandemic Readiness Certificate – PRC.
Please answer all questions accurately. Some answers require supporting documents or links as evidence. This shall be requested from your school after your school’s submit it’s checklist.
